Index to the Miscellaneous Farm Machinery Models
that Do Not Belong to the Well-known and Popular Brands

There are big name brands that have hundreds of models to show off, but there are also some smaller companies which have worked hard to produce high quality, hard-working farm machinery. Some of these get a good reputation, and get a following that prize them.

This is the page where you come to look for those models. There may never be a great long list of models here, but when you are not sure where to hunt down a rarer name, come back here to check this index of the Miscellaneous Farm Machinery models.

To eavesdrop when farmers talk about this tractor you will hear a variety of opinions. Some will rave about how stable and reliable this tractor is, and others will complain of many expensive repairs that made them regret buying the tractor.

In my research I found that this tractor won Tractor of the Year in 1987 at the Minnesota State Fair. Another seller describes it as winning that award in 1990. In fact, several sites mention this later year. So perhaps that is more true?

This AGCO Allis 6080 orange tractor was the '93 Farm Show Edition, in the 1:64 scale. It is quite small and almost dainty, and was greatly loved by some and hated by others for the frequent repairs their model had cost them. The feature most appreciated is the cab with the sun roof, which allowed the driver to be air-cooled, before air-conditioning became a "given" in tractors.
