Case IH Two small Combines 1 with Grain Header; 1 with Corn Header
In 1977, International Harvester Axial-Flow combines start using a single, large-diameter rotor for the threshing and separating process. This system eliminated the cylinder, beater and straw walkers of conventional combines.
By 2015 their Axial-Flow® 140 and 240 series combines were able to produce the highest grain quantity and quality to meet the needs of any operation.
Just three years later, the Axial-Flow® 150 and 250 series combines built on the Axial-Flow legacy of high-capacity, high-efficiency combines. The 250 series combines take harvesting technology to the next level with the optional AFS Harvest Command(TM) combine automation system.
I have two of these unboxed, 1:32 scale combines; one with a grain header and the other with a corn header. Besides being smaller than the 1/16 scale models (including the model of the commemorative 100,000th factory roll-out), and it has a flat white roof over the cab, it has very much the look of the 2366 model even though that number is not found on it. This model has sharper edges too, so I suspect it came out perhaps a year or two before the milestone model #2366.
When you place your order, if for just one of the two models, please email me (or I will get in touch with you) if there is still a choice left, to determine if you prefer the one with the grain header, or the corn header. They are priced at $15.00 Cdn each.
