5088 International Harvester Tractor 1:64 Scale by Ertl

The 5088 International Harvester tractor was made from 1981-1985 as part of the company's 50 series, and used as a row-cropper. The cab came with standard heat and air-conditioning. The buyer could choose between burgundy or a western- look interior.

You can still buy a used 5088 tractor for use on the farm, but the prices will range from 19,000 to 42,000 and more. There seem to be a lot of these tractors made and sold during the 1980s, and there are also a lot of the diecast models available on online, so this line was built to last.

Perhaps you, or your parents farmed with such a tractor and it has left you with many good memories? This model might make a fine souvenir then, to keep handy to gaze at and to recall those memories.
