5488 Case-IH Maxxum Tractor 1:64 Scale by Ertl

The original 5488 Case IH Maxxum farm tractor was a row-crop tractor built between 1981-85 in Rock Island, Illinois, USA. Like others in the 50 series, this was - and if you still have one - a work-horse of a tractor, that can be worked hard, and it is ready to do more!

This 5488 tractor was the last one produced by International Harvester in 1985 before they sold their factory to another Case company. Again, this model of the IH Case tractors in their Maxxum series was a hard-working tractor and won the respect and admiration of its owners.

Some farmers simply cannot bear to retire this tractor! It was also known as a Pow-R-Pull. This vintage model is made by Ertl in the 1:64 scale.

I have one model for sale, (not with the dual tires), but in great condition. A great souvenir for someone who has good memories of working with this tractor in the past.
