Johnny Lightning Super Chevy - Red '57 Nomad Wagon

Johnny Lightning Super Chevy Red 1957 Nomad station wagon, is one of the special Chevys featured on the cover of the "Super Chevy" magazine. This model was seen on the May 2001 issue. The big story was that it had been restored from a junkyard to Jackpot condition!

A bonus cover card shows this Nomad on the cover of that magazine.

This model has a die-casts metal body and chassis. Also, a detailed engine and interior.

It is especially designed for the adult collector.

(My own first NEW car was a light blue 1969 Nova, so I have a soft spot in my heart for Novas).

The back of the info-card, or blister pack, indicates that there are six models in this particular series;

1969 Chevy "Yenko" Nova

1961 Chevy Corvette

1970 Chevelle SS

1957 Chevy Nomad (this model)

1967 Chevy Camaro RS/SS

1970 Chevy Camaro RS/Z28

I see that I also have the first one in this list, the '69 Chevy "Yenko" Nova.
