Last updated: March 23, 2020
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the https://diecastmodels-inheritance.com website and the WooCommerce Service operated by Bouquet of Enterprises on this site. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Personal Information Needed to Serve You
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name and Address, and Payment details.
1. Products Or Services Provided
This site offers diecast models collected by my brother Tom. If they are in the “Toys” category they are sold in “as is” condition, for we cannot guarantee they are in pristine or new condition. Later on, ocassionally, brand new diecast models may be offered, after the corresponding item from Tom’s collection has sold. (That may depend on demand for that item).
Sometimes it is possible to find two or three of a certain model, but this site does not guarantee that this is automatically true. You may inquire to see if another might be obtained. I can look into it, but will not make guarantees.
2. Prices And Payment
Prices are shown with the image and description of each diecast model. Shipping costs are extra. The prices are generally firm, but if the model does not sell for a reasonable period, it may get a reduced price. It is a good idea to subscribe to the Announcement Mailing List, so you are notified of such changes. Taxes for the province of Saskatchewan are charged to residents of this province. * GST (federal Canadian taxes) will be charged when profits rise to a certain level.
Payment can be made on most credit cards via the Stripe option, but there is also the PayPal option.
3. Shipping And Delivery
The default shipping of models will be by Canada Post. If that is to a destination inside Canada you may expect to receive the parcel within 7 to 14 days. If the destination is outside of Canada, that could be 7 days to 21 or even 28 days, depending on the country.
If you would prefer air mail, or a courier service such as Fedex, or another, you may contact me to request this and if you will pay for it, I will try to accommodate you.
Please note that once your purchase has been delivered to the shipping company, the time-frame and care of the purchase is up to them. They are the ones to notify you of tracking numbers, and how to reach them if your parcel does not arrive in a reasonable time. If they say they know nothing of that parcel, do contact me, and I’ll check to see if anything has gone wrong at my end.
What Shipping Costs You Might Expect
These are best determined once we know the destination address of your order, and what the shipping method will be.
4. Returns, Refunds And Complaints
Unless I guarantee in the description, that a diecast model is coming directly from a Factory to you, I cannot guarantee any purchase other than – if if simply does not arrive at your address, and I am sure I sent it off, then I will refund your purchase. Any other refund would require that you return the item in exactly the condition it left me here in Saskatoon, SK. Canada. I would need to receive it first, and the return shipping would be your cost.
Items not boxed or sealed in a blister pack are not eligible for returns or refunds at all.
5. Limitation Of Liability
This site is not the only work I do, so the best way to bring a complaint to my attention is to use the Reach Ruth form on this site. Unfortunately, I cannot replace anything that is damaged during shipping. I’m working with a limited supply of items. I do have a conscience, and if I feel I am at fault, I may offer a substitution.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
I have personally taken the photos that show the diecast models, and assert my ownership of all those graphics. However, after the items are sold, I may be willing to sell the images for that item at a reasonable low cost. You may inquire if interested. This would be decided case by case.
7. Future Changes
When any conditions in these Terms change I will update this document. This might also happen if any laws governing this eCommerce site are created. The best way to become aware of such changes is to check this document and the last update date at the top. If you wish to be notified as soon as such changes take effect, please subscribe to the Announcement mailing list.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Canada, and my province, Saskatchewan.
